Steve joined the company in 2006 starting as a customer care assistant, moving on to assistant buyer then moving to head buyer. Having gained a wealth of experience & commercial values he has now moved to the position of Commercial Manager whilst still having a leading role within the purchasing & procurement side of the business.
Outside of work Steve is a keen follower of football and has recently taken up golf.
Daryl began working for KAW in 2003 and has seen the business grow into what it is today. Since starting with KAW Daryl worked with all departments, gaining invaluable knowledge along the way and as the business grew, Daryl progressed into the role of Surveyor.
Daryl is our lead surveyor who oversees our projects from the initial tender enquiry and attends to any cost-related business throughout the duration of the project all the way through to the completion of the project.
Outside of work Daryl enjoys spending time with his family, making and cooking Pizzas from scratch and following many sports such as football, golf, and NFL.
Steve has been a plumber all his working career starting out as an apprentice at the age of 16. He has a wide range of experience covering all aspects of mechanical services inclusive of residential, retail, commercial and industrial both as an installer and project manager. He joined KA Watts in 2012 following twenty years of running his own business often competing for the same projects. Initially he started out developing a Quality Control system and has since covered contracts, compliance and technical, aftercare to name a few. He was appointed Operations Director in 2021.
Liam has been a valued member of the KAW team since 2011, joining as a Contract Manager and quickly establishing himself as a reliable and dedicated professional. Known for his conscientious work ethic and commitment to high standards, he has earned recognition through multiple Pride in the Job awards and continues to play a key role in the company’s success.
With over 20 years of experience in the Plumbing and Mechanical Services industry, Liam has contributed to a wide range of projects, from small-scale works to large, complex developments. His depth of knowledge and practical expertise have made him an integral part of the team, leading to his promotion to Construction Manager, where he has taken on increased responsibility within the construction division.
Rich joined KAW back in 2013 starting as Contract Manager looking after all our developments on the Isle of Wight. After four years on the IOW he then moved over to looking after projects on the mainland as well. After COVID and the business always looking to improve Rich was asked to take the role of Business Development Manager & help secure new business in different areas of the Construction Industry. With the emergence of Renewable Energies coming into the market place and being a time served plumbing & heating engineer he was then ideal candidate for this position.
In his downtime Rich can be found at St Mary’s Stadium following Southampton FC where he is a season ticket holder. When not at football he can be found on the golf course where he is struggling to get down to a single figure handicap! He also has keen interest in Spain where he likes to holiday with his family.
Kev has been a Plumbing and heating engineer since the age of 16 and has worked in various aspects of the industry from site work on large housing developments, small commercial projects to bespoke one off projects. He also has over 7 years’ experience working direct for local government maintenance teams. He has 44yrs of experience in all areas of domestic plumbing and heating, more recently specializing in small works and renewables.
He is a keen cyclist and golfer in his spare time.
Jon was appointed Finance Director in October 2022 to support the business achieving its objectives and future goals.
Having gained exposure in various sectors and companies he comes more recently from Construction working for a National Homebuilder bringing the requisite skills and experience with aligned values and goals to enhance the business and create a sustainable foundation for years to come.
In his spare time Jon follows Saints FC and is an avid F1 fan.
