This project consisted of 193 high specification affordable homes consisting of 74 one bedroom and 119 two bedroom apartments, all with gas fired central heating, each with their own Vailant combination boiler supplying steel panel radiators with thermostatic radiator valves.
Steel gas pipework was installed throughout the building to serve each of the gas boilers within the apartments. Fire rated ductwork was installed to ventilate the gas riser shafts.
KAW provided a full time on site Project Manager to ensure that a project of this size and for a valued client ran smoothly from the start until completion.
